Hitcahdsut- regeneration is an innovative firm involved with construction and regeneration in Jerusalem. The company was founded by Baruch Blau in 2013 followed by subsequent partnerships with Amichai Neuman and Yona Green. These three entrepreneurs are active figures in the real estate and financial sectors, bringing to the firm combined knowledge and extensive experience in funding and real estate investment acumen both in Israel and abroad
Our firm excels in innovation, planning and project management for regeneration, rebuilding and structural reinforcement (תמ”א 38) in Jerusalem. Hitcahdsut- regeneration combines financial viability and veteran experience with a personal touch to allow us a direct connection with our clients throughout their journey with us

We operate a very transparent service by presenting our clients with real-time updates on project progress, throughout all the stages of the development. We have set up a designated service centre to provide the utmost care and information to the clients at each stage

Timing is of the essence when it comes to our projects, particularly due to by-laws and policy changes from the municipality. We follow efficient timelines due to our knowledge and experiences, allowing us to finalise our project in the most efficient manner
Financial Backing
The partners directly contribute to the firm’s strong cash flow projections. Amichai Neuman has attained funds through multiple real estate ventures, including owning popular firm Intoo. Baruch Blau has gained his fortune through investments with private equity firms and partnerships with Karta Investments amongst others. Yona Green is a member of the Swiss philanthropical Green family. The three partners bring along financial stability and financial intuitional backing to our firm
